The Breizh potato and bacon burger

Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 Breizh burgers
  • 2 slices of cheese
  • 2 potato rösti
  • 4 slices bacon
  • Hénaff tomato spreads
  • Roquette
  • A few slices of red onion

Preparation

  1. Cut the burger buns into 2 and toast them in the oven for a few minutes (180°C).
  2. Meanwhile, place the Breizh burgers in a hot frying pan. At the end of cooking, add the cheese slices and let them melt for a few minutes.
  3. Brown the potato rösti with a touch of butter.
  4. Cook the bacon slices
  5. Lay out the burgers:
  • On the bread base, spread a tablespoon of tomato spread.
  • Place the Breizh burger with the cheese, then the rösti and bacon slices.
  • Place a few slices of onion and a few arugula leaves on top.
  • Close the burger and serve!
