The Breizh burger with buckwheat pancakes

Ingredients

Buckwheat pancakes

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • 10 cl milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the burger

  • 2 Breizh bugers
  • Cheddar cheese slices
  • Fresh cream
  • Chives
  • Red onions
  • Salad

Preparation

  1. Place the ingredients for the pancakes in a mixing bowl (egg, buckwheat flour, milk, baking soda and salt) and whisk until smooth.
  2. Leave the dough to rest for 30 min.
  3. 5 minutes before the pâté is due to rest, cook the Hénaff Breizh Burger in a hot frying pan. Add the slice of cheese to the burgers at the end of cooking and let it melt.
  4. In a hot buttered pan, pour about ½ ladle of batter per pancake. Cook for a few minutes. When the bubbles that appear on the pancake have burst, flip the pancakes over. Cook for a few minutes on the other side.
  5. Dressing the burgers:
  • Spread the crème fraîche and chives over the bread base,
  • Place the Breizh burger with the cheese,
  • Place a few slices of red onion and a few salad leaves on top.
  • Close the burger and serve!
