The Breizh burger with andouille sausage

Ingredients

  • 2 burger buns
  • 2 Breizh burgers
  • Goat cheese slices
  • Roquette
  • Fresh cream
  • Chives
  • 1 apple
  • 6 slices of Guémené andouille sausage

Preparation

  • Cut the burger buns into 2 and toast them in the oven for a few minutes (180°C).
  • Cook the Breizh burgers in a hot frying pan.
  • In the meantime, slice the apple into thin strips and fry in butter.
  • Brown the slices of andouille sausage
  • Lay out the burgers:
  1. On the bread base, spread a tablespoon of crème fraîche and add the chives.
  2. Place the Breizh burger on top, followed by the apples and andouille sausage.
  3. Place the goat cheese slices
  4. Close the burger and serve!
