Ingredients

For 12 tapas :

  • 12 buckwheat blinis
  • 12 slices Pâté Hénaff
  • 200g Petit Billy goat cheese
  • 50g heavy cream
  • Fresh herbs
  • Salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix the goat’s cheese with the cream, season and reserve in a piping bag.
  2. Place a slice of Pâté Hénaff on each blini.
  3. Add the goat’s cream.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs.
