Tacos with pâté, poultry & cheese sauce

Ingredients

  • 12 soft Mexican wafers
  • 600g cooked poultry, thinly sliced
  • 360g Pâté Hénaff
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions
  • 18 cherry tomatoes
  • Cheese sauce (your choice)
  • Green salad

Preparation

  1. Shape the patties into a bowl and place in a hot oven to dry.
  2. Finely julienne the vegetables.
  3. Place the green salad, poultry, Pâté Hénaff, vegetables, cherry tomatoes and cheese sauce on the bottom of the galette.
