Salad in Pouldreuzic

Ingredients

  • 1 260 g tin Pâté Hénaff
  • 1 bag of mixed salad
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 conference pears or 2 tart Granny Smith apples
  • Peanut or grapeseed oil vinaigrette
  • Salt, freshly ground pepper

Preparation

  1. Cut tomatoes and fruit (apples or pears) into quarters.
  2. Take the pâté out of its tin and cut horizontally into quarters to make a nice round slice for each plate.
  3. Surround the slice of pâté with salad leaves and dress with the vinaigrette.
  4. Arrange the fruit and tomato wedges over the salad. Serve the salad.

Product used

Tip

To cook Pâté Hénaff, use “young” tins: at least two years before the date indicated on the side of the tin.
