Pâté Hénaff Burger

Ingredients

  • 4 tins Pâté Hénaff 154g
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 tablespoons burger sauce or similar
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 6 large salad leaves (iceberg or lettuce)
  • 1 Roscoff onion
  • 200 gr raclette cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 knob butter 1/2 salt
  • 1 sheet of baking paper

Preparation

  1. Cut a 50g slice of cheese
  2. Rinse and chop salad
  3. Thinly slice your tomatoes
  4. Mince onion
  5. Slicing Pâté Hénaff
  6. Gently heat the oil and butter in a frying pan,
  7. When the mixture begins to sing, add the Pâté Hénaff for a beautiful, lightly caramelized color.
  8. In the same frying pan, brown your bread on the crumb side.
  9. Place the Pâté Hénaff topped with the cheese on the baking paper and bake for 5 minutes at 180°C.
  10. Place a tablespoon of sauce on the bread below, followed by the lettuce, tomato, onion, Pâté Hénaff and cheese, and then the bread above.
