Hénaff Pâté country plate

Ingredients

  • 1 tin of Hénaff Pâté 260g
  • Potatoes
  • A few stems of broccoli
  • A few small onions
  • Walnut oil
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Cut the Hénaff Pâté into slices.
  2. Steam the potatoes till cooked. Arrange them in slices on a plate and dress with a splash of walnut oil.
  3. Add a few stems of steamed broccoli.
  4. Gently fry a few onions.
  5. Add the slices of Hénaff Pâté to the preparation.
  6. Decorate with baby onions and sprinkle with parsley.

Product used

Tip

Use “recent” tins of Hénaff Pâté for cooking, i.e. tins that have at least two years to run before their best before date shown on the side of the tin.
