Ingredients

  • 1 tin Pâté Hénaff 260g
  • Potatoes
  • Some broccoli
  • A few small onions
  • Walnut oil
  • Parsley

Preparation

  1. Cut the Pâté Hénaff into slices.
  2. Steam potatoes. Arrange in strips on a plate with a drizzle of walnut oil.
  3. Add a few florets of steamed broccoli.
  4. Fry a few candied onions.
  5. Top up with slices of Pâté Hénaff.
  6. Garnish with onions and parsley sprigs.

Tip

To cook Pâté Hénaff, use “young” tins: at least two years before the date indicated on the side of the tin.
