Ingredients

  • 24 slices sandwich bread
  • 12 slices Pâté Hénaff
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions
  • Butter
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 12 slices Emmental cheese
  • 12 eggs
  • Green salad

Preparation

  1. Make an onion and leek fondue.
  2. Spread the fondue on 6 slices of sandwich bread.
  3. Add a slice of tomato, 1 slice of Pâté Hénaff and 1 slice of Emmental cheese.
  4. Heat through, then top with a slice of toasted sandwich bread.
  5. Add a fried egg to the dish and serve with a green salad.
