Ingredients

  • 6 country-style burger buns
  • 6 slices Pâté Hénaff
  • 3 Roscoff onions
  • 2 apples
  • 1 pig shank confit
  • Ketchup
  • Butter
  • 6 slices Mont d’Arrée tomme cheese

Preparation

  1. Make an onion compote.
  2. Slice apples and roast.
  3. When ready to serve, drizzle ketchup over the lightly toasted bread.
  4. Add, in order, the onion compote, apple, ham hock, pâté and tomme.
  5. Heat in the oven to 200°C.
  6. Place the lid on the bread.
  7. Serve with French fries and green salad.
