These Tex-Mex marinated pork strips are a real treat for the taste buds, and go equally well with rice or corn on the cob! A flavorful marinade and tender pieces of meat that melt in your mouth for a gourmet recipe ready in 5 minutes.

 

For perfect cooking :

  • Wait until your frying pan is nice and hot
  • Stir the pieces of meat frequently in the pan.
  • Add a few drops of water before the end of cooking to caramelize (for the caramel recipe) and brown (for the soy recipe) your slices.
  • Respect the 5-minute cooking time (and no more than 1 minute!) for tender, juicy meat.
  • Enjoy!
