A partnership with Sao Tomé. In 1907, Jean Hénaff wanted to focus on human adventures and control the sourcing of his raw materials. Today, Hénaff is pursuing its ambition on the small island of São Tomé, by working with a local cooperative to develop an organic pepper crop.
Hand-picked. Less pungent than black pepper, white pepper is carefully harvested by hand when the berries are ripe. They are immersed in water to retain only the core of the peppercorn. The pepper is then dried in the sun to develop its fruity fragrance.
Discreet and subtle. Hénaff Sélection white pepper adds a delicate touch to light white sauces, fish and poultry dishes.
