A partnership with Sao Tomé. In 1907, Jean Hénaff wanted to focus on human adventures and control the sourcing of his raw materials. Today, Hénaff is pursuing its ambition on the small island of São Tomé, by working with a local cooperative to develop an organic pepper crop.
Picked when ripe. Hénaff Sélection black pepper is harvested by hand, when the berries are still green and orange. These berries are then sun-dried to give the pepper its black, crunchy appearance.
Intense and spicy. Hénaff Sélection black pepper is the perfect accompaniment to red meats, fish and marinades, whatever the season.
