All pork cuts (including tenderloins and hams), Guérande salt, organic pepper and a secret blend of spices make up this recipe. The pigs used come exclusively from Bleu-Blanc-Coeur-certified Breton farms, and are fed on cereals and linseed, natural sources of Omega 3. Like the original recipe, this new version is guaranteed to be colorant-, preservative-, gluten- and nitrite-free.
