A unique taste. Naturally smoked, using beechwood shavings. It’s the perfect way to showcase the French pork used in Hénaff’s fresh sausages: noble cuts, tenderloins, roasts and even hams. Rigorously selected ingredients for a unique, delicious taste.

In regional specialties. Packed with flavor, Hénaff smoked sausages will find their place in a wide range of simmered dishes: from potée auvergnate to cassoulet, not forgetting Reunion rougail. They’re also perfect with lentils. Just don’t prick the sausages while they’re cooking, to preserve their delicate smoky flavor and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Cook them separately before simmering.

Cooking time: 16 minutes over low heat in a frying pan, with no added fat! A major advantage of Hénaff sausages: no need to prick them, they don’t shrink during cooking.
