Taste comes first. There’s no secret to making an unforgettable pâté de campagne: you have to respect the product. That’s what Hénaff does, by including 15% high-quality pork liver in its recipe (compared with 10% in a standard pâté de campagne), using only the “noble” pork fat and chopping the meat coarsely, cold.
Good, beautiful, organic. Hénaff supports French industries and quality breeding. We have therefore chosen to select only animals from French breeders affiliated to the Bio Direct group. Similarly, all the raw materials used as binders are organically-farmed ingredients.
