Genuinely good. No added flavourings, colourings or preservatives. Hénaff’s secret? Chicken pieces slowly browned in duck fat. Few ingredients for an authentic taste: 95% French poultry meat, a little onion, sea salt, pepper and condiments. All that’s left is a deliberately long, slow cooking process for a uniquely creamy texture.
Like Sunday chicken. The chicken pieces are cooked with their skin browned. The result is rillettes with the characteristic flavor of pot-roasted chicken. Hénaff has invented the Sunday chicken spread!
