We want the best for you (no, it’s not a joke, I promise). That’s why we’ve opted for quality ingredients, using meat from French producers to make our rillettes. What’s more, our recipe teams keep a close eye on the cooking process, which has to be slow to give the meat enough time to confect deliciously. The result is a unique softness in the mouth. No colorants or preservatives.

 

Our secret. There isn’t one after all… the recipe for Hénaff pure pork rillettes is simple: 90% pork, sea salt, pepper and several hours’ cooking. The result? An incomparable softness.

 

These rillettes go wonderfully well with a slice of fresh bread!
