The classic pâté de campagne also comes in an organic version
Today as always. Pâté de campagne is made from a traditional Breton recipe to which we add a special “home-made” touch: the use of natural binders. We then add simple ingredients for a spicy, gourmet flavour. And for this organic recipe, our meats are selected with particular care: they are 100% French and come from certified organic farms.
A rustic pleasure. Country-style pâté can be served in a variety of ways. In rustic mode, you can enjoy its full flavor on a slice of traditional French bread. For a more sophisticated touch, pâté can be served with a fresh salad of peppery arugula leaves. Helpful hint: a turn of the pepper mill (black pepper or mixed pepper and berries) will provide a pinch of delicious flakes that will perfectly complement the pâté’s granitic appearance!
