A recipe from yesteryear! Fourmaj rouz was a very tasty country pâté made by Bigouden farmers, and baked in the baker’s oven before the war. Inspired by this recipe, Label Rouge’s Breton terrine offers you an experience rich in taste and texture.
Gourmet and typically Breton. Hénaff has canned the best of local tradition: fresh meat, rind for a texture to be sliced with beautiful pieces, good fat and liver, all from French pigs. With a hint of onion, all without preservatives or colorants.
Award-winning expertise. Our Label Rouge Terrine Bretonne won an award at the Concours Général Agricole, up against fresh pâtés! The use of high-quality meat means that our Terrine Bretonne is certified Label Rouge, a guarantee of an exceptional product. It is also certified “IGP Pâté de Campagne Breton”, a Protected Geographical Indication which guarantees that we make this Breton pâté de campagne in the respect of the art. Also available in 180g jars.
