Authentic flavor. Hénaff sausages are made from the finest cuts of Breton pork: tenderloins, roasts and even hams. The result is a tasty product, less fatty without being dry, and with the good taste of roasted meat. Juicy, Hénaff sausages literally melt in your mouth. And there’s nothing to spoil the flavor of the pork. The preparation contains no preservatives or colorants. Just the right amount of pepper and sea salt to enhance the quality of the meat and give you a unique taste.

To be enjoyed all year round. Pan-fried, simmered or browned, fresh Hénaff sausages are easy to match. With the traditional mashed potato, mashed with a fork, enjoy a dish full of taste and simplicity. You can also enjoy them more spicy, by cooking them in a rougail.

Cooking time: 10 minutes on low heat in a frying pan, with no added fat! Major advantage of Hénaff sausages: no need to prick them, they don’t shrink when cooked.
